I ordered this CD set expecting bad quality. I was pleasantly surprised. Of course they are mid '60s songs recorded for a mono 45s market and AM car radios, not today's hi-tech systems. But from what I'd read (including Mr. Ligget's review) I was expecting really bad sound. If you note, this is not the same issue as the original version from the 1990s. It was apparently remixed. I was surprised to see all of the CDs labelled ADD, not the usual AAD from this era. And they each say that the mix was made in 2001.You can't beat the song selection, and I'm very pleased with the sound. It's still a little hard to find, so get it while you can.
